Pepperoncini Beef Sliders

Perfect dish to have in the oven/slow cooker while you are out and about – come home and supper is ready!

  • Cook: 6 hrs
  • Yields: 6-8 generously


2 1/2 lb beef

1 onion, chopped

1 cup beef broth

1 8 oz. jar pepperoncini with juice (spicy Italian peppers)

1/2 tsp salt

3 tbsp Italian seasoning blend


For the oven

1Preheat oven to 275F, place all ingredients in an oven proof pan (Staub cast iron dutch ovens now on promotion), cover and bake for 5-6 hours. Remove from oven, shred beef with a fork and serve on your favourite crusty rolls

For slow cooker

1Place all ingredients in slow cooker on low for approximately 8 hours. Remove meat and peppers from slow cooker and shred, ready to serve on your favourite crusty rolls

Cooking/Braising liquid is delicious used as an 'au jus' for sandwiches!
